Have you ever thought of a world with no anxiety to live in ?

what have we done ? Who is responsible for the human community? Here is the  unassuming but ambitious template of a new world I hope to be practise by the aid of experts. Of course it may be defective or unusable at the first glance . If so, help me to modify this rudimentary template.

lets start from the beginning:

At the time of biogenesis, there were unicellulars, simple and neat. They could adapted themselves to the environment and altered  to different kinds of sophisticated life over the evolutionary process. Why had it a long time for such evolution  to take place ? The  answer is clear : the nature is blind. Each new generation  is the product of millions of trial and error processes. Only those generations which can satisfy the principles of nature would continue to live. Others are condemned to be eliminated. It took millions of years to biogenesis to be organized. Imagine of  a lot of matchwoods, fling them ...certainly you wont have a regular shape. But if you repeat the process for 100 million times, one day, by accident, you may have a regular structure which is  abiding and stable. An irregular shape is not ,so it will changes repeatedly till it has its abiding shape.
The question is, if we can manage the process, put some heuristic items into this grueling trial and make it faster to generate new phenomenon ? I don't know when is it going to be possible to obtain a genius man from a pare of stupid sperms :) . But I know we have reached the point we are able to e establish a simple modern society to have rather control on every sides of : Economy, Technology, policy, social affairs and so on. A small city, like an object , can be compared to  a unicellular at the time of biogenesis. Certainly This object is a combination of its components...
